Orchid Island is one of the largest low-rise residential complexes in Gurugram and is located in Sector 51. Over 900 families are already enjoying the benefits and beauty of their homes here. 24 Hour Water Supply

A unique and forward thinking design ensures that the residents of Orchid Island receive drinkable water round the clock. The purification system ensures that all the impurities and ‘hardness’ of the water supply are completely removed before reaching the residents. The Island has an underground water tank located in the central park. The water from here is purified and pumped to the overhead 1000ltr water tanks located on the building.

Centralised Maintenance

To ensure the convenience of our residents, we have professionally trained and expert staff to manage any housekeeping, plumbing, and electrical issues. This is a centrally maintained overall system to ensure structure and promptness of action.

24 Hour Power Back-Up

With electricity available through the Haryana Electricity Board and Generator sets of 750KWs each, power supply is available round the clock. We have robust infrastructure to ensure that our residents remain undisturbed by erratic power supply and cuts
